What are the warranty conditions?

Depending on the defective item and/or time elapsed, we will offer a replacement or arrange for repair. Unless otherwise stated, our warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper or frequent use, drops or impact damage.

How long is my guarantee valid for?

Do I have to return my product?
