How much is shipping?

Shipping charges vary based on destination and order weight.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order is placed, we will process and ship it within 72 hours. Logistics is usually 7-10 days. 10-13 days in total.

Will I receive order tracking?

We will provide you with a tracking number after you order so that you can track your package throughout the process.

Can I have my order delivered to a pickup location?

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to collection points. However, we can ship your order to any address you provide. For example, you can choose to have your order shipped to your workplace.

My order didn’t arrive. what can I do?

Generally, our orders arrive on time. However, delays may occasionally occur. Therefore, we ask that you wait until the 3rd day after the estimated delivery date. If your shipment has not arrived after this deadline, please contact our customer service for help!
